Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Lump-Sum and Subscription?
Lump-Sum is a traditional model where you pay a larger one-time fee for the website build, followed by a smaller monthly fee for hosting and maintenance. It's great if you prefer to own the design asset upfront.
Subscription has a ₹0 setup fee. You pay a slightly higher monthly fee that covers the design, development, hosting, and ongoing support. It's perfect for managing cash flow and getting a premium site without the initial investment.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?
Yes. Our Subscription plans for architect/designer sites have a 12-month lock-in period to cover our design and development costs. eCommerce subscription plans have a 6-month lock-in. After the lock-in period, you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
What does "minor update" or "content update" include?
It includes changes to text, images, adding a new project to your portfolio, or updating contact information. It does not include building new pages or adding major new features, which would be quoted separately. Our "Unlimited Edits" on the subscription plan is much more flexible.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely! We encourage it. You can easily start with a Template-Based site and upgrade to a Custom-Design or add eCommerce functionality as your business grows. We make the process seamless.
